GirlScouts of the USA Redesign
GirlScouts is one of the largest NGOs in US and ranked top#10 in World Value Index. I was tasked to redesign the official website for GirlScouts when interned at GSUSA (GirlScouts headquarter) because the current design is not user-satisfied. The goal of the project was to offer recommendations and suggestions on how to optimize the UX of the current website.

During the three-week project, my partner Heng and I reviewed the business goals and conducted multiple user research sessions to fully understands the needs of stakeholders and users. With the data collected and insights, we made a prototype (desktop and mobile) and compiled our recommendations for the future-state GirlScouts.org.
